A British doctor has noted that a lack of vitamin B12 or iron may either initiate or exacerbate Restless Legs Syndrome B12 (RLS). This neurological disorder is characterized by discomfort in the legs, creating an overwhelming urge to move them.

Dr. Asif Ahmed, from the UK, highlighted this issue on his TikTok account, discussing RLS symptoms that can affect individuals of all ages. He explained that the condition can manifest in various ways, ranging from mild discomfort to more severe issues like anxiety, depression, and trouble sleeping.

Dr. Asif pointed out that diagnosing RLS is quite challenging, but certain criteria should be evaluated for a proper diagnosis, including:
